SERVICES
The Postpartum period can be filled with ups and downs. During pregnancy is when we will do your Postpartum Family Planâ„ , so that you will have your personal road map, when you need it most. This helps to manage the Postpartum period easier.
It is our goal to make this special time in your life best and healthiest possible. Your health care provider is your choice; but we help you to find one that matches your needs; after doing a comprehensive health assessment with you, which includes anything that affects your wellness. Then together with you, we develop a Prenatal, Birth and Family Postpartum Planâ„ with both parents whenever possible; and include the baby's father in emotional support for him; and for you from him, throughout our services. We also teach him or your family member birth support skills.Your nutrition and stress are key pieces in your baby's health and development. That is why our Essential Nutrition and Stress Managementâ„ and Assertiveness Skills classes are so important. Helping you learn how to manage your stress, and providing you with resources for jobs, housing, food and more help you also to reduce your stress. We also help you with resources for free diapers, car seat, baby clothes and Pack 'N Play. If
your live in the City of Milwaukee we can refer you for a free Pack 'N Play and baby items. All families in our program are also eligible for our Baby Credit Rewards Baby Gift Cardâ„ . In May 2024. in honor of Mother's Day all mothers-to-be who complete their registration during the month (certain conditions apply), will also be eligible to receive a 2nd Baby Credit Rewards Baby Gift Cardâ„ 6 weeks after birth. ***Gift cards from our program, may not be sold, given away or traded. They are expected to be used for things that your baby needs.

CHILDBIRTH PREPARATION
Here for You throughout Your Pregnancy, Birth and Postpartum
Our Pregnancy and Childbirth Classes will teach you things that you likely won't learn in other classes. From Pregnancy, throughout 12 months Postpartum, our Perinatal Monitrice will also help you to monitor you and your babies health; and is on-call 24/7 for Pregnancy/Postpartum concerns and sick children and 3 weeks around your expected due date. Your Doula Specialist Case Manager will also be available for 3 weeks surrounding your birth.

It is our goal to make this special time in your life the best and healthiest possible. Our experience in traditional holistic health, can help you to deal with common prenatal, birth and postpartum problems using traditional healing methods, rather than manufactured chemicals; which should be avoided for you and your baby; when possible.
OPENING HOURS
Monday - Friday 10:00am - 6:00pmSaturday - 10:00am - 12:00pm 24/7 for Client pregnancy concerns or their sick children; including Sunday.
